Returns

We want your experience with Estitchwear to be as rewarding as possible, we are happy to provide a refund only on full price garments as long as it adheres to the following conditions:

  • The item/s are returned in an unworn, resell-able condition with original swing tag attached, and any product packaging intact.
  • When a discount code is running and items are discounted on the basis that a code has been used, we DO NOT allow refunds. A discount code is classified a ‘SALE’ therefore we will NOT refund your item.
  • Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn with the tags and hygiene strip still attached.
  • Your order must be returned within 30 days from delivery for refunds. Returns after this period will NOT be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for all returns/refunds to be processed.
  • You will need to contact us via email prior to get shipping specific labels for your returns
  • Sale items in our SALE section are final and not returnable nor refundable.
  • For returns on purchases made using Afterpay, store credit will be issued. Sale items however are final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund or credit.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you have simply changed your mind and does not meet the return policy requirements above.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.

If using the original Estitchwear packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

3. All returns will require printing of shipping specific labels. For your convenience, labels will be sent to customers in PDF Format and will be required to be printed out and placed on shipping packages. Any costs associated with shipping print outs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Return pickup will be ordered by Estitchwear, pick up times vary from 8am-6pm, specific time of pickup in not available at this point.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be received and processed.

Return delivery costs from Australia only will be covered by Estitchwear.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers can return items by post at their own cost through their local postal service.

Follow this checklist before you post:

2. Complete the form and send it to us along with your return. Package the items securely in their original packaging. Enclose the original delivery receipt 

If using the original Estitchwear packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

3. Use a registered or trackable postal service to ensure we receive them.

 AFTERPAY RETURNS

If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.

PROCESSING RETURN

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our Sydney warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact enquiries.estitchwear@gmail.com

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at estitchwear.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
  • Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
  • You can view your store credit balance by logging into your Estitchwear account.

Faulty Items

The Estitchwear team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at enquiries.estitchwear@gmail.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
